Coaching ID cards from UEFA and the Hellenic Football Federation (HFF) are issued exclusively by the HFF Development and Education Department.
Please note that, according to UEFA and HFF regulations, only holders of a valid three-year coaching ID card are permitted to work with a club.
Procedure for Issuing a Coaching ID Card
Required Documents:
- Application form completed by the applicant
One recent color passport-sized photo in JPG format
Photocopy of national ID card or passport
Separate proof of payment of fees to both the HFF and Futsal Regional Association (E.P.S. Salas), as outlined below**
Signed statement declaring that the applicant does not fall under the disqualifying conditions of Appendix 1 of the HFF Statutes, and is not subject to any incompatibilities as defined by HFF Regulations
Certificate of active membership from the Panhellenic Association of Futsal Coaches (PSPPS)
TEFAA-SEFAA diploma in football specialization (for sports science graduates)
Criminal record certificate dated within the last 3 months
Signed declaration that the applicant will not request issuance or receipt of the coaching ID card (only for participants in license renewal courses who are also active players during the 2024–2025 season)
All female coaches are exempt from paying fees, in line with UEFA’s directive to encourage more female participation in coaching and education.
Notes:
The entire process is handled directly by the HFF Development Department. Once issued, the coaching ID cards are sent to the Futsal Regional Association (E.P.S. Salas).
All documents must be submitted electronically via the coach’s personal email in one single email to proponites@epo.gr.
Each document must be in PDF format, except for the photo (JPG).
Requests sent differently will not be accepted.Fees must be paid separately to each respective organization.
Payment proof must be attached with the rest of the documents.
For fees due to the HFF, payment is made only through the platform: http://paravola.epo.gr.
For other fees (e.g., to E.P.S. Salas), coaches should contact the Futsal Regional Association and the Panhellenic Association of Futsal Coaches (PSPPS).In case of a replacement or upgrade of the coaching ID card, coaches must pay the full difference of the fee to the HFF via the following account:

They are not required to submit a PSPPS membership certificate but must include full shipping address details for card delivery.Union coaches who are employed under contract by E.P.S. Salas are entitled to 50% reduced fees (to all 3 organizations) for renewing their 2025–2027 ID cards.
Coaches participating in the 2025–2027 ID renewal courses who are also active football players may submit a declaration stating they do not wish to receive the new three-year ID card.

Coaches who are not required to attend a license renewal course for 2025–2027 can request issuance of their coaching ID card directly by emailing proponites@epo.gr, as long as they pay the following fees:
